Practice

A contemporary architecture practice based in Surrey, working across London and the South East of England.

Whiteman Architects is an Epsom-based architecture practice founded by Lee Whiteman in 2018. We specialise in residential architecture, working with homeowners, housebuilders and property developers across Surrey, London and the South East.

Our work ranges from carefully considered extensions and refurbishments to individual new-build homes and residential developments. We provide clear, practical guidance from the earliest assessment of a site through planning, technical design and construction.

Approach

Every project begins with listening. We take time to understand how our clients live, what they want to achieve and the practical constraints affecting their property or site.

We then explore the opportunities through sketches, models and digital visualisations, working collaboratively to develop a purposeful and carefully considered design. Clear communication and realistic advice guide the project from its initial feasibility through planning, technical design and construction.
